The Anglo-Soviet conversations between Mr. Arthur Henderson, the E Secretary of State for Foreign_Af- | a fairs, and M. Dovgalevsky, the Rus- sian envoy,
were continued this c morning at a hotel at Lewes, the conference lasting several hours.
Mr. Henderson is attending the annual conference of the Labour Party at Brighton, and his meeting with M. Dovgalevsky at Lewes was arranged as a matter of con- venience.

After last Friday's conversation between the Foreign Secretary and b the Soviet Envoy, it was announced h that an agreement had been reached h on the list of subjects which are to be settled by negotiation, after the resumption of full diplomatic relations, including the exchange of Ambassadors.
It is understood that today's talk resulted in an agreement be- ing reached regarding the procedure to be followed for the settlement of these subjects.

It is officially announced that as the result of the conversations at l Lewes, an agreement was reached this afternoon with regard to the procedure to be followed on the resumption of full diplomatic rela- tions.

The agreement included the ex- change of Ambassadors for the tl settlement of questions outstand- n ing between the two Governments, a and also an agreement regarding | m propaganda.

The necessary document is now r being prepared for signature before M. Dovgalevsky leaves for Paris on Friday.
The approval of Parliament is necessary before the agreement becomes operative.
In the course of a brief speech at the Brighton Conference later in the day, Mr. Arthur Henderson announced that when Anglo-Soviet Ambassadors have been exchang- ed, a Soviet Mission will to London.
